1 Introduction

4 Deposits & Payments

AmarClub accepts deposits via bKash and Nagad — the two primary mobile financial services used by Bangladeshi players. All deposits are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). The minimum deposit amount at AmarClub is ৳100 unless otherwise stated in a specific promotion.

Deposits at AmarClub are processed in real time in most cases. If a deposit does not appear in your account within 15 minutes, contact our support team with your transaction reference number. AmarClub does not charge fees on deposits, though your payment provider may apply their own charges.

7 Gameplay Rules

All games available at AmarClub operate using certified random number generators (RNG). The outcome of every game round is independently random and is not influenced by previous results, account history, or any other external factor. AmarClub publishes RTP (Return to Player) figures for all games, and these figures are verified by independent auditors.

In the event of a technical fault, disconnection, or system error during a game round, AmarClub will attempt to resolve the round based on the game state at the time of the fault. • Colluding with other players to manipulate game outcomes.

10 Account Suspension & Termination

AmarClub reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms and Conditions.
• Suspected fraudulent activity, money laundering, or other illegal conduct.
• Failure to complete identity verification when requested.
• Chargebacks or payment disputes initiated by the player.
• Regulatory or legal requirements that necessitate account closure.

Players may also close their own AmarClub account at any time by contacting our support team. Upon voluntary closure, any remaining real-money balance (excluding unmet bonus funds) will be returned to the player's registered payment method after standard verification checks.

11 Limitation of Liability
